Shipping policy

 

At LUXPANELS our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse process the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 days.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between
• Brisbane and Gold Coast between 4-8 days working day
• Rest of Australia between 5-10 days working day

Tracking: As soon as your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

Due to the size of our products, there are some areas of Australia that we can’t automatically calculate shipping costs for in the checkout. Before continuing to checkout, you must acknowledge that Shipping is NOT free even if the checkout indicates that it is free. Click here to request a shipping quote prior to placing your order. Requesting for a refund after ticking the acknowledgement will be declined.
